We dismantle structural barriers facing women and youth with disabilities across Ethiopia. We create lasting systemic change in the communities where we work—here is how we do it:
We design low-cost assistive tools, deploy screen-reader adaptations, and partner with local institutions to make digital & physical environments fully accessible by default.
We equip women and youth with disabilities with market-relevant vocational training, micro-loans, and direct employment pathways to foster long-term self-reliance.
Guided by 'Nothing about us without us', 60% of our leadership are persons with disabilities and women driving community-rooted health, education, and advocacy reforms.

Inclusive Growth is dedicated to building an inclusive Ethiopian society by dismantling barriers and empowering women and Youth with disabilities. We work to expand equitable access to healthcare, education, technology, the economy, skills and creative platforms so that every individual can participate, contribute and thrive.
