Inclusive Growth (IG) is a local, non-governmental organization established in 2025 and headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. IG is dedicated to building a truly inclusive society where women and Youth with disabilities are empowered to participate, contribute and thrive.
Double-Engine Delivery System
Our seven 7-I-CHESTE strategic pillars define the areas in which we work. The I-CREATE S³ execution engine defines how we turn those priorities into action through innovation, creativity, emergency response, education, awareness, technology and empowerment while strengthening Skills, Systems and Sustainability.
Co-Leadership Structure: 60/40 Rule
60% of the board, management and staff are women and persons with disabilities, while 40% are allies. This co-leadership structure centers lived experience and shared responsibility in organizational decision-making.
