Who We Are
Opportunities for All, Barriers to None!
Inclusive Growth (IG) is a local, non-governmental organization established in 2025 and headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. IG is dedicated to building an inclusive Ethiopian society by dismantling barriers and empowering women and Youth with disabilities.
Our work expands equitable access to healthcare, education, technology, economy, skill development and creative platforms, using capacity building, innovation, assistive technologies and partnerships to enable people to participate, contribute and thrive.
Organization identity
Inclusive Growth is registered through the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) in Ethiopia. Our ACSO Registry Number is 7648.
Double-Engine Delivery System
7-I-CHESTE + I-CREATE S³
The seven 7-I-CHESTE pillars define the strategic areas in which IG works. The I-CREATE S³ engine translates those priorities into action through Inclusive Innovation, Creative Expression, Response, Education Integration, Awareness Campaigns, Technology Adaptation, Empowerment Initiatives and Skills, Systems and Sustainability.

Why We Exist
Women and Youth with disabilities continue to encounter systemic barriers to education, employment, leadership, healthcare, technology and economic opportunity. IG exists to dismantle those barriers and ensure that people who have historically been excluded become central drivers of development.
